Our best seller. This swiss style cheese was first developed by the Dutch. It has a specific taste and texture simular to the emmenthal that comes from Switzerland. It is very well suited for fondues, and any other place were melting is expected. Many of our customers like it so much they just eat it plain before they even get to the kitchen.
